I felt the same way about all these folks picking up knitting lately, but even more so about them spinning, which I've been doing for years and years. I know it is mean of me to envy these newbie spinners because they have such fabulous fibers available to them. But I try to see it as a validation of all the work we few spinners did thirty years ago and be happy that its even more popular now!
Loved your blog and will come back and read again. I miss the snow! It snowed in Scottsdale last week, but I'm on the other side of town and missed it.
